Why did you choose to come to MSU and pursue a degree in education?

I chose to come to MSU for many reasons. I loved the campus and atmosphere that I felt from my first visit. I also was amazed by how great the Secondary Education program was at MSU. I wanted to be a teacher because I got to work with young people and walk them through one of the most influential parts of their lives. 

What do you want people to know about you?

I'm always a friend, regardless of who you are or where you come from. 

What are some of your on-campus involvements outside of METP? 


Outside of METP, I was involved in Dance Marathon, Beta Upsilon Chi, and RUF. 

What advice would you give to entering freshmen or students finishing up high school?

BE INVOLVED! Don't just sit on the couch and let friends and fun come to you. Go be an initiator and do it!
