Where are you now? Puckett High School, Brandon, MS

Why did you decide to come to MSU and pursue a degree in education? I came to MSU because I felt like this was the best place for me to be and that it was the best place for me to succeed. I really enjoyed teaching and helping people so I felt like this was a perfect profession for me. 

How did the METP enhance your college experience at Mississippi State? METP really helped me to get used to the college environment. It helped me to meet new people and make new friends and get comfortable there away from home.

What do you want people to know about you? I'm very sarcastic, make a bunch of jokes, and I love playing basketball.

What were some of your other involvements on campus? I was involved in the College of Education Amassadors program and the BSU. I did a lot of stuff with them, and I made a lot of good friends there.

Funny Moment/ Interesting Fact? I almost fell down the front steps of Swalm Hall in my second week of school there. Luckily I landed on my feet instead of my face!
