Where are you now? Northwest Rankin Middle School, Flowood, MS
Why did you choose to come to MSU? I chose MSU because of the overwhelming welcoming feeling that I felt when I walked on campus. After my first campus tour, I could picture myself living, learning, and loving life here.
How did the METP enhance your college experience at Mississippi State? METP allowed me to put my full focus on my school work without being distracted by the stress of college loans which was what I would have had to take out in order to go to college.
What do you want people to know about you? I'm super easy going and would love to talk to you.
What were some of your other involvements on campus? I was involved in Greek Life (Pi Beta Phi sorority) and also CRU.
Funny moment/Interesting Fact? Some interesting facts about me are that I love photography and have worked at a photography studio for the past 10 months and also, when I was younger, I was in a very small movie.
What advice would you give to entering freshmen or students finishing up high school? Be BOLD. Step out of your comfort zone and sit with strangers in the lunch room and talk to the people around you. Go to events because you never know who you're going to meet!
