Where are you now? Pleasant Hill Elementary in Olive Branch, MS

Why did you decide to come to MSU and pursue a degree in education? Since the first time I visited MSU, I knew it was where I belonged. I fell in love with the campus and the environment. It had always been my dream to teach and work with children, so when I heard about the MET program MSU offered, it left me no other choice!

What do you want people to know about you? I like to talk a lot and will talk to anyone. My southern accent is made fun of a lot - even though I don't think that is is that bad. A lot of my friends say that I talk really fast, so do not be afraid to tell me to slow down or repeat what I just said. 

What activities were you involved in on campus (outside of METP)? BSU and a variety of clubs!

What advice would you give freshmen or students that are finishing up high school? Do not wait until the last minute to get all of your dorm stuff together. It is extremely stressful!
