Why did you decide to come to MSU and pursue a degree in education?

It offered me more opportunities than other schools, and it felt like a family rather than an institution.

What do you want people to know about you?

I enjoy teaching, because it means I get to make a difference in students' lives. I did not know that I would be going into English, however, until my second year at a community college. 

What advice would you give to entering freshmen or students finishing up high school?

Don't be afraid if you are still undecided on your major. You have time. You don't have to have everything planned out to the letter. I did not know until my second year of college.
