Why did you decide to come to MSU and pursue a degree in education?

I'm very thankful for the METP program, and it is one of the big reasons I chose Mississippi State.  Everyone I met in the education department was so friendly and helpful.  I knew that it would be a perfect fit!

What do you want people to know about you?

I enjoy traveling, trying new things, and spending time with my friends and family!

What advice would you give to entering freshmen or students finishing up high school?

Try your very best to live in the present.  You have so many big moments coming up, and I know how easy it is to get caught up in worries about the future.  I hope you are able to relish the last couple of pages of the chapter as you move on to the next.  I'm so very excited for you!
