Why did you decide to come to MSU and pursue a degree in education?
During a visit to Mississippi State, I realized that MSU is truly where I want to be. I want to teach in Mississippi because I thoroughly enjoy the environment and community, and I want to bring forth that same sense of community into my own classroom someday.
What do you want people to know about you?
I love to sing and dance. I enjoy spending time with dogs. In my free time I love to watch Disney movies. I plan to take part in Greek life and get involved on campus in many other ways.
What advice would you give to entering freshmen or students finishing up high school?
Do not be afraid to ask for help. This is a very challenging time in your life and everyone needs guidance at some point. Make sure to use resources provided to you and find a strong support system.
