Where are you now? Pearl High School in Pearl, MS

Why did you decide to come to MSU and pursue a degree in education? I decided to go to Mississippi State University simply because of the atmosphere and the people there on any given day. The people there cared about you and wanted nothing but the best for you. I have been a fan of MSU since I was a young child, but I really became "sold" on my visits to the University. 

What do you want people to know about you? I love watching the NBA and college football. I like to meet new people, and I also thoroughly enjoy eating at Buffalo Wild Wings. 

What are you involved in on campus (outside of METP)? I was involved in the Baptist Student Union. I became more involved in other activities while on campus. 

What advice would you give to entering freshmen or students finishing up high school? My advice is to enjoy your time with family and friends during the time of transition from high school to college. If you take in those moments, it will make the journey a lot more special.
