Where are you now? St. Martin East Elementary in Ocean Springs, MS
Why did you decide to come to MSU and pursue a degree in education? After attending the Donald Zacharias Leadership Conference, MSU just felt like home. My mom was a teacher and I saw the love that she showed to her students daily. That was what really drew me into a degree in education.
What do you want people to know about you? I was voted most genuine girl for Ocean Springs High School.
What activities were you involved in on campus (outside of METP)? I was a member of Delta Gamma sorority.
What advice would you give to entering freshmen or students finishing up high school? Make sure to apply for any scholarship that you are interested in and remember kindness is cool!!!
